Some services we provide are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges.

Some examples include:

• Vaccination certificates
• Private sick notes
• Insurance claim forms
• Prescriptions for taking medication abroad
• Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)

The fees we charge for these services are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales. Our reception team will be happy to advise you about them along with appointment availability.

Please note that GPs at our practice cannot sign passport forms or firearms licenses.
