Through our website you can do a lot of things from the comfort of your home, or on the go, including ordering a repeat prescription or booking/cancelling an appointment.

Booking in-person appointments

From 1 March you cannot book appointments in person at the practice.

To book appointments you can:

- Call 0115 883 1900 from 8am

- Use the appointment request link on our 'Appointments' page

If neither of these options are possible for you, please speak to the reception team.

We have made this change to avoid long queues at the practice and make the booking system fairer for all patients.
