Prescriptions
Repeat prescriptions
There are three ways to request a repeat prescription:
- Speaking to the reception team
- Emailing ncccg.receptiony02847@nhs.net
- Using the NHS App
- Using SystmOnline (speak to reception to request your login details)
We cannot take requests over the phone.
Not all prescriptionscan be issued as repeat items. For all medication that is not on repeat prescription, please make a routine appointment.
Please allow three full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
Picking up prescriptions
You can collect prescriptions from the practice, or nominated pharamcies. You can find your nearest pharmacy here: Find a pharmacy - NHS (www.nhs.uk)
To change where you pick your prescriptions up from, please speak to reception or by using the NHS App.
Medication reviews
Medication reviews are essential to ensure the best continuing treatment of your condition.
Make sure you book in an appointment with our reception team when your medication is due for review. Check the date at the bottom of your repeat prescription if you are unsure when your review is due.
